In this role you will have full autonomy of the engineering department. You main take will be to manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements. You will also make major improvements in the efficiency of key lines and develop continuous improvements plans to support this and Develop and implement a planned preventive maintenance system and implement an effective.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers and have strong people management experience.

The role:

*To manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
*Have full responsibility of the engineering department.
*Assist with increasing the technical skills of the production operation.
*Make major improvements in the mechanical efficient of key lines and develop continuous improvements plans to support this.
*Develop and implement a planned preventive maintenance system and implement an effective prices to manage change parts a spares.

The Person:

*Come from a manufacturing background.
*Have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers.
*Strong man management experience.
