Maintenance Engineer Milton Keynes for a leading manufacturer (HANDS ON ROLE and YOU MUST HAVE PROCESS OR MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE and an engineering qualification).
The company will put you on an electrical course to up skill you if you only have mechanical.
This Maintenance Engineer is a great role with balance of PPMs, reactive maintenance but also because you will be a big part in helping to improve the lines and machinery with continuous improvement ideas.
Very friendly company and management, staff enjoy working here and are treated well and lots of opportunity and to enhance on skill set, extra courses and development.
Monday to Friday – Double DAYS role.
Excellent company to work for, very friendly and helpful atmosphere. The company will provide extra training and development however you will need to have an electrical or mechanical qualification and have worked on maintaining machinery.
Maintenance Engineer Desired Skills and Experience
Mechanical or Electrical qualification or Apprenticeship, manufacturing experience is required.

Maintenance Engineer Duties
To carry out the requirements of the planned preventive maintenance programme.
Solid practical Mechanical skills working with pneumatic, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, etc. OR motors, invertors, drives.
Hands on electrical OR mechanical experience
Using initiative to improve the current performance on the line
Planned maintenance
Be involved with continuous improvement
Fault finding
Project related work
Breakdowns
