Role: Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40

TXM Recruit have a unique opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to work at an impressive sports facility in Milton Keynes.

Is this you?
You will ideally come from a commercial or industrial refrigeration background and have experience working on a single or multi-site business
You will be a clear communicator who works well under pressure and is at ease working autonomously as much as you are collaborating with others
Excellent time management and a flexible approach is important with this role as quite often it will be down to you and the other site engineer to work out rotas to ensure all maintenance is kept on top of which will mean some early starts or late finishes.
Due to the nature of this role, a reasonable level of fitness is required as some heavy lifting will be involved and the site is also a large area to cover
 
You must have the following to be considered:

Commercial and industrial refrigeration systems qualification
F-Gas (City & Guilds)
Extensive experience with refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems
Experience in fault finding and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
Experience of pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics and air handling units (essential)
Apprentice trained (preferred)
Full driving license 
Overview of role and what’s on offer:
You will be accountable for the maintenance of the venue, including all equipment and machinery. This could mean you are working on anything from changing light bulbs to fixing an air handing unit or maintaining pumps
It will be your responsibility to develop and PPM rota, to maintain service levels and avoid added costs.
Adhering to health and safety at all times is essential and something to be taken very seriously

Up to £35K basic (negotiable)
