Maintenance Engineer

Milton Keynes (FMCG)

Permanent – Days and Nights

£45,000 plus bonus + benefits

TXM are partnering with a global production company who manufacture in a very high demand product & an industry with impressive growth forecasted for years to come- supplying into internationally renowned FMCG brands.

With significant increases in production, the business is strengthening and looking for a Maintenance Engineer who is mechanically biased and qualified (level 3), to join their team.

With the pace of this environment & the high standards of producing for international brands- you will be challenged daily wth problem-solving and focus on continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

* Reactive maintenance

* Planned Maintenance

* Fault-finding

* Solving breakdowns

* On the spot and fixes to prevent stoppages on high volume production

* Production Line Set ups- with tolerance and size changeovers

* Technical Machine Operating

* Engineering projects and continuous improvements

Suitable experience and qualifications:

* A Maintenance Engineer with Mechanical bias

* Mechanical/Engineering Level 3 qualifications

* Maintenance experience within high volume production; preferably: FMCG; Packaging; Industrial Printer/ Decorator/ Labelling machinery

This will work on 12 hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights

2 weekends off/ free every month

First year earnings for the Maintenance Engineer will be £45,000 with structure salary increases, bonus and many excellent benefits- in addition to working within a very stable and growing industry.
