About The Role
Our Design and Engineering (D&E) team are looking for a Maintenance Accesses, Security and Fencing Coordinator to assist the Rail Systems Interface, RAMS and Interoperability Manager on key accountabilities.
You will be coordinating the Accesses Design to the High-Speed Railway Platform for the Client’s Operation, Maintenance and Rail Systems needs, whilst making sure the requirements have been fulfilled by the Designers. You will also be responsible for organising the Security of the High-Speed Railway between the Client and the Security Specialist in the Design Team, to ensure risk assessments are carried out. Coordinating the Fencing design between the Client and the Designers is also a key part of this role, as well as ancillary items if asked by your manager.
You will be expected to maintain close liaison and collaboration with the teams, attending Client, EKFB and Designers meetings and also provide strong support to the D&E team by ensuring input, requirements and control change are in place.
About The Candidate
Degree in Civil Engineering or Rail Systems
Experience of working on design and build contract in major civil engineering works – railways would be advantageous.
Knowledge of fencing and security
Good communicator and able to work with a variety of teams and stakeholders
Experience of MS Office and interfaces knowledge software, e.g. Relatics
