Due to their ongoing success they are looking for someone that can help them to deliver a fantastic service by joining their Field Service team.

In this role you will be based from home, working predominently in the Milton Keynes area but on a rota covering further afield. During your first few months you will be provided full product training to ensure you are a specialist within your sector, this will involve international travel to the head office and manufacturing facilities in Europe. You will attend customer sites to diagnose and repair a range of high tech equipment in a variety of laboratory settings. You will develop lasting relationships with customers, as the face of the business whenever they need support. The company are looking for someone with a field service background on complex, automated equipment.

The role:
*Home based – mainly working local to Milton Keynes with an occasional travel rota
*Providing technical support and assistance to customers
*Working on high tech, complex laboratory equipment

The person:
*Hands on experience working with complex, automated equipment
*HNC/HND or equivalent electronic qualification
*Experience working in a field based role
