Lead Maintenance Engineer Milton Keynes with lot of options for progression will be needed for a very successful blue chip Manufacturer and roles with this company they don't get much better than this. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer YOU MUST have leadership and production and engineering experience from a high speed production background.

As Lead Maintenance Engineer YOU MUST HAVE experience of managing teams within a production engineering environment, manufacturing across automated machinery.

Shift role days/ nights/ 12 hour shifts

Lead Maintenance Engineer should have Mechanical qualification or Apprenticeship

Duties

Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum with reactive maintenance
Lead a team whilst still being hands on
Prioritise work load
Drive continuous improvement
Drive performance across the team
Assist in maintenance as will still be on the tools and other production duties
Allocate additional training of staffLead Maintenance Engineer is Commutable from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire
