Land Surveyor – Milton Keynes
£25,000 – £35,000 + Benefits + Overtime Opportunities
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy who specialise in a number of different areas. My client has been established for over 15 years and work across different sectors including House developers, Transport and Construction. The chosen Land Surveyor will have at least 2 years' experience and ideally will have previous experience in conducting other surveyors.
Key Duties of a Land Surveyor Include:
Carrying out site surveys
Collecting data on site and completing all required field sheets
Updating the Project Manager on progress and any issues encountered
Downloading and Post-Processing all surveyed data
Carrying out appropriate quality control checks and issue data to CAD
Checking all survey drawings before they are issuedExperience Required:
A recognised qualification in Land Surveying.
A track record in reading underground utility surveys.
Experience mentoring less experienced staff in Land Surveying.
Experience in a range of project areas across the UK.
Experience using surveying equipment and software including GPS systems, AutoCAD and Total Stations.
Desirable skills would include Drone Surveys, MBS (Measured Building Surveys), Elevation Surveys and Laser Scanning.On offer for the chosen Land Surveyor is a full benefits package including company van, and most importantly the opportunity to progress through the organisation.
