The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Contract Manager in Bedfordshire to join our team. We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK. As a Junior Contracts Manager you will be working across multiple sites across Harrogate to Liverpool working with clients such as Councils, Airports, Offices, Gyms and Car dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the contracts manager assisting with the multiple site contracts
Securing ongoing service and maintenance contracts
Assisting with raising orders and quotes for services delivered
Monitor and control supplier costs and subcontractors.
Assist in developing the in-house e
Estimation and providing quotes
Attending site meetings when required
Liaising with employees and sub-contractors
Working on the tools when / as required
Liaising with all other members of staff within the officeDesirable Qualifications / Experience:

NVQ or similar in Building Services or degree in something similar
Keen interest of the building services industry – or previous experience as a engineer
Driver's LicencePackage:

£22,000 – £26,000 per year
Full time/permanent position
40 hour working week ( Onsite 9-5pm )
½ hour paid lunchbreak
