The Role – IT Installation Engineer, Medical Devices

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Installation Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for:

Carrying out the installation and commissioning of IT systems connected to medical diagnostics equipment
Providing a high level of technical support to customers on software products
Managing customer relationships and resolving all Linux, Windows, SQL and connectivity technical support issues
Ensuring the successful investigation and resolution of customer and distribution support problems
Proposing process improvements
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
Your Background – IT Installation Engineer, Medical Devices

To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in an IT installation, IT systems administration, technical support or service role and have experience in the following:

Microsoft desktop and Windows server operating systems
Working knowledge of network / TCP/IP technologies
Linux, SQL and connectivity experience
Product hotline support for hardware and software
IT savvy with excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to maintain and develop good relationships with customers
