Internal Sales Team Leader – Permanent – High Wycombe – £30 – £35K + Benefits

Due to opportunities available in the market we are reorganising our Internal Sales team, and are recruiting a Team Leader which will be based at our offices in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be working as part of and be responsible for the company’s Internal Sales team and would have a business winning mentality.

A technical mindset and internal sales management experience that can demonstrate their skills and experience at all levels is a requirement. This role requires an individual with a proven team leader track record in a similar role, an appetite for hunting sales opportunities, keen and effective on the phone, able to analyse data, have exemplary organisational and time management skills, and be able to identify and implement changes and improvements to both the Internal Sales Team and the business

Skills

Understand mechanical / technical drawings and provide the best product solutions

Work in tandem with the field Specification Teams to manage the quotation process, win projects and secure orders, and provide admin support working on shared sales targets

Develop and maintain customer relationships with M&E Consultants, Contractors / Installers, House Builders and Resellers to increase selling opportunities and instil customer confidence in the product range

Proactively seek business with new customers and upselling to existing customers, finding new areas of opportunity and implementing changes as identified.

Maintain the accuracy of the CRM system as per policy / best practice, and understanding our internal processes and costs to effectively handle enquiries to win projects

Provide technical and commercial support to both customers and the field sales team

Continual personal development including gaining product knowledge and upselling
