MDE are looking for an experience Injection Moulding Technician to join a busy, state of the art production facility of plastic components.

As a valuable member of the production team, you will be required to support with

* Tool changes and machine setting.

* Training operators using standard operation instructions and operating procedures.

* Maintaining quality and health and safety

* Corrective actions / non-conformance

* Eliminating and reducing waste within the manufacturing department such as scrap, rework, consumables, etc.

* Achieving daily production plans and reporting

* Controlling and collating product quality and process control data

* Providing hand-over information between shifts

Application Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years injection moulding setting experience

* Demonstrable aptitude for injection moulding machine fault finding and trouble shooting

* Supervisory experience of production operators.
