Job Title – Injection moulding Setter

£ 33,000 p.a.

Location: Milton Keynes

Are you an injection moulding Setter or Technician interested in working for a manufacturer that has never been busier? We are looking for a injection moulding Setter or injection moulding Technician with a background in injection moulding machine setting, operating and tool changing to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

As a Injection Moulding Setter your day to day responsibilities will consist of;

Setting tools on a variety of injection moulding machines
Optimising cycle efficiency working with strict tolerances to maintain high quality mouldings
Set up and running of ancillary equipment such as robots and automated cell equipment
Maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting
Cleaning and calibrating dosing hopper units
Tool changes and colour changes
Keeping to schedules and maintaining production logs Tool Setter
Manual process setup from predetermined parameters

An exciting opportunity for an Injection Moulding Setter with the following;

Injection moulding machine setting and operating experience
Tool change, general maintenance and trouble shooting experience
Be prepared to work a Panama days shift pattern
