LMS Support:
* Support the introduction & management of the Learning Management System
* Manage financial transactions including Direct Debits & Credit Card Payments
* Ongoing System Maintenance
* Admin Super User
* Event Organisation & Management
* Internal/External LMS Contact
Training Centre Support tasks:
* Functional SAP/Invoicing
* Venue and Trainer Liaison
* Resource Management Support
* Consistent Office Presence (To be discussed / agreed)
* Maintain software solutions as necessary to facilitate training
* On-site support for visitors and trainers
Additional tasks:
* Support Resource Management Process
* Course Management & Scheduling
* Support and Manage Trainer and Customer Queries
* Support Customer Complaints Management Process
* Build, promote and maintain a close working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
* Understand and support the IMI Centre Coordinator to uphold IMI Approved Training Centre status.
* Remain cost conscious and capitalise on existing internal networks.
* Processing of post course paperwork
