A specialist HVAC services provider for both the public and private sector are currently on the lookout for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to assist in expanding their HVAC department.

The role will involve working down the M1 corridor between Milton Keynes and London on a range of sites specifically across rail contracts. The role will entail working closely with the service director to expand their offering and presence across the South East and continue to build the team around you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a rapidly expanding organisation that offer stability and look after their staff.

The company offer a variety of services from installation, servicing and planned preventative maintenance. They are renowned for the delivery Heating, Air Conditioning and M&E contracts. Recently due to the rising cost of using sub-contractors they are looking to bring in an a Supervisor, who has experience managing labour and building teams.
Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 or City & Guilds Apprenticeship in Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas or Electrical Installation
Knowledge of all type of HVAC systems in domestic and commercial settings
Able to work well as part of a team with excellent coaching & mentoring skills
A full driving licence
In return the company are offering a fantastic basic salary up to £42,000 per annum plus overtime, paid travel time, company vehicle, pension and future progression.
