Main Duties:
Ensuring statutory obligations are met including training, reporting and total compliance
Writing & maintaining policies, systems and procedures
Conduct inspections, assessments of procedures, processes and equipment (including Fire Drills and Fire Alarms) as well as maintaining records
Providing data to leadership team on various KPI's/analysis such as accidents, training, near misses and key health and safety activities
Coordinating Health & Safety meetings, managing follow up points
Manage all accidents and incidents ensuring appropriate investigations and paperwork compliant
Liaison with external suppliers and third parties such as sub-contractors, Insurers and Legal contacts
Keep up to date on any changes and legislation and communicate with the business and put into place if necessary
Educational requirements:
NEBOSH – qualified or working towards
NEBOSH Environmental – preferred – COSHHNESBOSH preferred
IOSH preferred
Working hours:
8.30am-5pm (Monday to Friday)
