We're looking for a Homogeniser Service Engineer to join our Separation & Flow Technlogies' team. This role will be reporting to the Head of Service and be located in Milton Keynes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

*

Carry out maintenance and field service activities on homogenisation equipment.

*

Conduct workshop repairs / refurbishment on homogenisation equipment

*

Conduct commissioning activities on homogenisation equipment

*

Provide technical support on homogenisation equipment

*

Provide training on homogenisation equipment for the SFT service team and customers

*

Excellent job reporting skills

*

Assist on conversion of enquiries to sales

*

The role will involve travel throughout the UK and overseas periodically to attend training and support FAT’s

*

On-call 24/7 support on a rota basis

*

Excellent customer facing skills able to develop long term relationships

*

Work to GEA safety standards

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

*

HNC or ONC in an appropriate engineering discipline

*

Electrical knowledge would be an advantage

*

Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

*

Good interpersonal skills

*

Have a professional and friendly approach

*

Self-motivated

*

Good planning and organisational skills
