Heating and Mechanical Contracts Manager

£45,000 Company Car, Bonus, Various Benefits

Our client is an up and coming building services maintenance company with an incredibly loyal customer base, a warm family feel and healthy pipeline of work for 2022. They work with a variety of different clients across various sectors such as Education, Healthcare and Commercial. Having won a number of new contract recently they are now seeking to hire a Heating and Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their management team, further bolstering their technical capability.

Duties will include:

Managing teams to ensure works is undertaken to the highest standards.
Developing strong client/customer relationships.
Planning maintenance programmes.
Specifying and delivering small project
Raise orders and quotes for services delivered by specialist contractors.
Assist in the training and development of the engineering team.
Always ensure statutory compliance across a portfolio of buildings and all remedial and corrective actions are completed.
To identify areas for additional works and actively seek and follow-up sales opportunities.
Providing timely, accurate and concise reports to client and line management.
Providing technical advice to clients relating to building services systems, statutory compliance and health and safety.
Carrying out risk assessments and method statement and general health and safety responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have strong background in building services with a heating and mechanical bias with previous experience maintenance and small projects You will have good people management qualities, excellent communication skills and a flair for client account management/relationship management.

In return, the role pays a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus company car, bonus, benefits and access to ongoing training
