The company:
An international construction, engineering and FM contractor, with an enviable reputation for staff retention and employee welfare.
The role:
You will be managing service delivery for a large, multi-tenanted facility in Milton Keynes. You will have full responsibility for P&L on a hard services contract, valued at over £1million (PPMs and Reactives), including line management of an in-house M&E maintenance team.
You will sustain and develop relationships with existing clients on site, and will work closely with the Operations Manager and Business Development team to develop new accounts, providing technical knowledge to support tender bids.
The person:
* It is essential that you have experience managing commercial M+E / Hard FM services contracts, either mobile or static, with experience of P&L and meeting SLAs and KPIs.
* You will have a good corporate manner, with a proven ability to sustain and build relationships with new and current clients alike.
* You will preferably come from a technical background, with experience and recognised qualifications in an M&E trade.
The salary:
Up to £50,000, plus a market-leading benefits package, including 8% matched pension and 25 days holiday (+stats).
