Gas Engineer

My client is a leading industry specialist within Gas and Heating. They have a great reputation regionally and are considered a 5-star rated business, where people do not tend to leave.

They provide high quality and well-organised work environments for any Gas Engineer willing to join. Specialising in installing, Service and maintaining boilers and central heating systems, they work across domestic and commercial environments providing both planned and reactive solutions.

Due to continued company growth and a high volume of work, they are currently looking for several experienced Domestic and Commercial Gas Engineers to join a well-established and forward-thinking team of Gas Engineers. Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate a strong level of knowledge and competency in service, breakdown or install, accompanied by several years’ experience as a Gas Engineer.

The responsibilities of the Gas Engineer will be

* Carrying out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic and commercial properties across the region.

* Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.

* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.

* Working across a range of private, social, and domestic dwellings.

* Based within a local work patch.

Requirements

* Domestic ACS qualifications (including CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).

* Oil and LPG qualifications are desirable.

* Experience of working in Service and Breakdown roles.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Ideally have 2/3+ years of experience in the gas industry.
