Forklift Driver

Are you a Forklift Driver that holds a Counter Balance and/or Reach licence who is passionate about making a difference in a large team? Are you looking for a new position to work within a manufacturing facility? If so, then this is the job for you. We require an excellent Forklift Driver to work for a leading Manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping ensuring that areas are clean, tidy and hazard free.
Maintain effective communication with all work colleagues at all levels.
Optimise personal performance by participating in individual development and training.
Operate all mobile plant and equipment to the highest standards to maximise production

The Shift Pattern:

The 12 Hour Shift Pattern works in a 5:2 format as follows:

1st Week (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun)
2nd Week (Wed, Thurs)Of which it will be 1 x set of 2 weeks on days (6-6) and the other set on nights (6-6) – Working out to 14 days of work a month.

OT is available at 1.5 x your hourly rate and you will be able to swap shifts with fellow workers if agreed.

Requirements:

2 years experience of forklift truck driver working in a warehouse environment
Counterbalance and Reach License (At least an In-House as refresher training is provided_
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
