My client, a thriving well-established fire and security company are looking for a technical candidate who has experience installing and commissioning of fire alarms. They are looking to bolster their highly skilled team through growth of the company and winning new contracts. A generous basic salary and no callout rota.

Your job as Fire Alarm engineer will involve the following…

• Installing and commissioning of fire alarms. Working around the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area
• Wide range of different fire alarms
• Being part of a team to work and complete install / commissioning work as well as being able to work on your own

The ideal candidate will have…

• Industry experience at engineer level – Installing / commissioning of Fire Alarms
• Experience working with top branded systems such as; Advanced, Ctec, Kentec, Gent, Notifier – Desirable not essential
• A full clean driving license
• A desire to progress through a company
• FIA qualifications – desirable not essential

In return you will a generous financial package which includes…

• £28,000 to £37,000 basic salary DOE. Typical earnings for engineers at this company are £34,000 to £42,000 per annum.
• Travel paid at a flat rate after 30 minutes at the start and end of the day
• No call out rota
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

• 23 days Holiday
• Company Van and Fuel Card (Private miles are charged)
