Fire and Security Installation Engineer

Up to £35,000 + 25 days holiday + BH, Van, Retail Discounts and Gym Membership Discounts, Pension

About the Client:

* Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Fire and Security Engineer based around the Milton Keynes area to join their Installation team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

* To undertake the installation of large and small Fire (Detection Alarms, Aspirating, PA/VA, & FT/DR) & Security (Access Control, CCTV, ANPR, & IDS) systems with the quality of an experienced electrician.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities when required

* NO Call out

* Complete upgrades and system repairs, small works, and system commissioning

Qualities Required:

* City and Guilds 236 pts 1&2 electrical installation or equivalent

* Proven knowledge on relevant Fire standards BS 5839 Pt 1 – 2017, BS 6266 Pt 1 – 2013, BS 7273 Standards

* MUST be trained to FIA standards Units 1 (Fire Detection Design), Unit 4 (Installation and Testing)

* Experience installing and servicing IP and Analog systems

* Minimum of 4 years service experience is required for this role
