The Role –  Field Service Manager (Scientific Instrumentation)

The successful applicant will be responsible for: 

Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
Actively developing new revenue streams and increasing market share
Building and nurturing customer relationships
Ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets
 Your Background – Field Service Manager (Scientific Instrumentation)

To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:

A background working in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager or Applications Manager role
Experience within a high technology instrumentation sector – eg. analytical instrumentation, scientific, laboratory, medical or high value electronics capital equipment  
Commercial acumen and a proven track record in revenue generation either through the selling of service contracts or capital equipment sales
The personal skills and ambition to satisfy the need for succession planning and work towards excelling as a future leader for this business.
