Essential Requirements / Experience:
·Experienced Field Service professional with 5-10+ years experience
·Must have a mechanical engineering background / manufacturing background, ideally with a background working on bespoke process machinery / equipment
·We are looking for someone with strong man-management experience
·We are looking for a real go getter that is able to get the best out of and grow a strong service team

Salary Package
·Competitive annual salary circa £50K-£60K
·Flexi-time / Flexible working hours / Flexibility to work from home 1/2/3 days a week

The Role
I am looking for an experienced Field Service Manager or even a proven Field Service Engineer to take the next step up in there career in a Management position to head up a growing Service Engineering team taking on a and varied role taking entire responsibility for all servicing activity
Managing a team of circa 15 across the UK & Ireland.
We are looking for someone to be the go to for all service engineers for support, there is an element of hands on but very limited as the role is more management and support
You will be responsible for training plans for team, succession planning, risk assessments, feedback to the senior management on team performance, ensure right capacity for what the business is taking on, developing the team etc.
If you are an experienced Field Service Manager with man-management experience with an engineering / manufacturing / industrial mechanical engineering background looking for a challenging permanent opportunity for a global leader in their field, please apply ASAP
