Field Service Engineer (Medical Storage Solutions)
Covering Buckinghamshire area
Up to 40k basic plus company van/ fuel allowance

The Company

This is a great opportunity to work for an international provider of integrated state of the art Laboratory Services and Products. Headquartered in the UK, with offices in the UK, Europe and the USA. This role is commutable from Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Leighton buzzard, Wolverton to cover the Buckinghamshire patch. This exciting company creates stability storage solutions for the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

The Role

Maintenance of the Company Products installed on both the Company & Clients sites. 

Completion of  service, single point calibration and/or validation of SBS stability storage equipment on both the Company and Clients sites.

Restock of the ‘Service stock parts’ retained on the designated service vehicle, 

Be a part of the Field Service  ‘out of hours/on call rota’ and be able to respond to site visits both in the UK & Ireland as required. 

Travel to all sites to complete validation/service tasks. Whilst the core business is Stability Storage Equipment, experience of Network /Access Control and Software (Rotronic) would be a distinct advantage

The Candidate

Experience in HVAC, Temperature Control, Medical Equipment or alternatively has worked in laboratories, hospitals and/or medical areas 

Happy to travel and full clean UK driving license

Has experience in calibrating and validating equipment

Should be self-confident, motivated and have excellent communication skills

It may suit someone looking to find more of a work/life balance as it will not involve lots of overtime and staying away – typically on average 1 night a month.
