Responsible for servicing, repairs and installations on a range of chromatography instrumentation- HPLC, LC & GC

Experienced Field Service Engineers are encourage to apply however we are also open to those who have 3+ years' experience within the laboratory using Chromatography systems, specifically HPLC and ideally you would have completed basic troubleshooting of these systems and will want to progress your career into this area.

ROLE:
– Responsible for delivering all Service activities on Liquid Chromatography, Ion Chromatography and Gas Chromatography products. This includes, installation, repairs, maintenance services, validation services and depot repair
– Assure responsive telephone support and diagnostic as well as on-site Services to exceed the customers expectation
– Always ensure highest professional relationship with customers to achieve customer loyalty and escalate issues if necessary to solve critical tasks in the fastest way possible.
– Is responsible to report accurate times of all activities as required (e.g. Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, etc.)
Person Specification:
Professional background in Electronics/Chemistry/Engineering or related subjects
Experience servicing analytical equipment or equivalent troubleshooting experience as an end user
Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
UK Driving License
