JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer (Milton Keyenes)

LOCATION: Home-based.

SALARY: £32,640 + £5,400 on call allowance (£38,040 inc on-call allowance) + Overtime (comfortably earning over £50,000+ P/a)

A superb opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to work for a world-leading manufacturer of advanced heavy industrial conveyor equipment and complex material handling systems in a role that will really challenge your Engineering skills and experience!

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* The successful Service Maintenance Engineer will have extensive experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of complex heavy industrial conveyors and material handling equipment incorporating; Electrical Systems, Electro-Mechanical, Drives, Invertors, Sensors Systems, PLC’s and PC/software control interfaces, bearings, chains, pulleys, gearboxes, etc.

* You will be well versed in Planned Preventative Maintenance and performing Root Cause Failure Analysis as part of incident investigations and breakdowns.

CANDIDATE

* The successful Engineer will ideally be qualified with a Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience working within a high-tech Service/Maintenance environment – ideally within an Electronic and Electro-Mechanical related field service role. Experience of working with PLC systems is highly advantageous.

SALARY: £32,640 + £5,400 on call allowance (£38,040 inc on-call allowance) + Overtime (comfortably earning over £50,000+ P/A) + vehicle + benefits
