What you will be doing
You will be leading and developing a team of technicians and/or contractors to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance across a defined geographical area. Travelling will be required to, Aylesbury, Wycombe and Slough.
Lead, Coach, and Developing People to fulfil the business needs
Develop and implement continuous improvements to optimise operational performance and customer service.
Fully own and resolve customer complaints relating to the relevant geographical area. Build relationships with key account customers.
Lead and develop the team members by setting measurable goals and promoting a culture of engagement and motivation
Control team unit costs to outperform budget whilst ensuring all service levels agreements are fulfilled.
Take responsibility for safe working practices which comply with company procedures including BOP Health and Safety legislation and street works legislation, and all other related issues.We’re looking for you to:
Have previous experience in leading a high-performing operational team and have excellent people and performance management skills
Demonstrate a good business/stakeholder awareness, together with an innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to clearly interact with your field-based colleagues and key stakeholders
Possess strong IT literacy skills as all work is managed through SAP system, user training for this and other standard software systems will be provided
Have a full valid UK driving license as traveling to other sites and field will be required
