Field Installation/Service Engineer

£30000 – £35000pa

The Source Technical are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading automation company in the UK and we are currently looking for a Field Installation / Service Engineer to help meet the growing demand for installation, maintenance, and commissioning of the full range of products across the UK.

The role is physically demanding and is mainly field based with some overnight stays.

The successful candidate will be customer facing so strong communication skills and excellent customer service is always required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to further their career in a rapidly growing Installation and Service Department.

Previous experience of working in a Field Service environment would be an advantage.

Essential

Mechanical and electrical experience

Clean UK driving licence

Good fault-finding abilities

A systematic and logical approach to tasks and problems

Able to work under own initiative with limited supervision ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and within a cost-effective timeframe

Organised and methodical

Reliable

IT literate
