A large national automation product distributor is looking to expand its Sales team by recruiting an Internal Sales Executive. Based at the Milton Keynes head office, you will join a 250-person strong sales network.

Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Luton, Aylesbury, Banbury, Bedford, Northampton, Stevenage, Brackley, Buckingham

Salary: Between £ 18,000 to £ 20,000 p.a. + Bonus + Private Medical + Pension

The Role

Working closely with customers over the phone, via email and face to face also
The Internal Sales Executive will promote, sell and advise customers on compatible products and services demonstrating a good level of commercial awareness
Liaise confidently with existing and new customers over the phone and email
Provide support and servicing skills for customers therefore demonstrating good communication skills
Handle non-franchise purchasing and check the customer is advised on availability of products, pricing and discounts
Ensure accuracy of orders and push forward with outstanding orders
Create and maintain relationships and make a good impression
Take charge of your own personal development

The Person

Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English
Hold a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in a similar sales or customer service environment would be advantageous
The ideal candidate will be driven and ambitious who wants to build a career
