About The Role
At EKFB, we're shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow.
This role sits within the EKFB Interface & Stakeholder Management Team reporting to the Head of Interfaces.
In this role you can expect to lead on external stakeholder interfaces between the project and third party as required to help with successful delivery. You will be expected to develop positive relationships with key points of contact to help you in this role.
You will advise and support interface owners on the best approach to manage external interfaces and meet requirements.
You will also manage interface coordination amongst project contractors, whether enabling works/utilities to ensure interfaces are managed with governance of relevant material and information for document completion.
We need you to be the main point of contact between external stakeholders and internal teams, coordinating technical engagement where required.
You will maintain the Interface Control Register and preparation of Interface Control Documents.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of large-scale civil engineering projects
Experience in a similar role with similar values
An understanding of the HS2 Act requirements and the constraints this applies
Awareness of the constraints and sensitivities from working in a rural environment
Excellent IT skills including Office 365, Document Management systems and an awareness of GIS platforms

All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
