We’re looking for a Business Manager to drive the success of our professional eShop (online shop) platform supplying professional power tools and services to our consumers. A successful candidate would be responsible to build upon and develop the eShop strategy to deliver profitable sales growth, while working in line with local management and central stake holders.

Tasks include:

* Conception and implementation of strategy

* Promotion definition, implementation and management

* Range lifecycle management

* Price management

* Management of local legal and compliance related topics

* KPI reporting using internal tools as well as Google Analytics

* Financial management, fraud monitoring and implementation of new payment methods for the shop

* Customer service management and escalation if necessary

* Overseeing and testing of general maintenance and implementation of new feature

* Being at the forefront of new feature designs and their integration

* Tracking and reporting on KPIs such as TGS; promotion performance; visitor numbers; conversion rate (using tools such as BI@PT and Google Analytics)
