Engineering Supervisor – Electrical bias 

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Engineer to join a well-established, market leading manufacturer within the FMCG industry.

Due to ongoing success they are looking to increase the size of their skilled/experienced team by opening a senior position to help with their ongoing busy workload!

The role

Lead a small team of Engineering Technicians
Performance review process 1;1's
Plan weekly Engineering Tasks (PPM and Corrective Work Orders)
CI Mindset, and lean manufacturing 
PPM's, reactive and preventative maintenance 

Experience
Min Level 3 NVQ in relevant engineering qualification 
Maintenance systems and processes within FMCG environments
Experience of leading a team, maintenance planning and work scheduling.
17th or 18th edition
Multi Skilled with electrical bias 

SHIFT: DAYS Monday – Friday              
Salary: £48,000 + Benefits
