Synergi are searching for an Engineering Manager for a local company based in Blunham.

Brief: Engineering Manager

We're currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager at our Bedford site. The primary focus of this role is to manage as the current Engineering team whilst helping the site run at optimum efficiency.

Responsibilities: Engineering Manager

We are looking for a credible and ambitious candidate who will act as a role model and champion to our business values and leadership competencies and continuously strive to improve the way we operate. Critical to success in this role is an open mind and the ability to continually understand, embrace and develop new methodologies and ways of working with a proactive approach to change management.

Skills Required: Engineering Manager

Significant experience in engineering management positions with demonstrable competencies in leadership and organisational management
Experience in the development, management and reporting of revenue and capital budgeting
Sound knowledge of a manufacturing environment and continuous improvement tools is essential
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of SAP systems
