C/C++ | Embedded | ARM processors
Client: An exciting position has now been created for an experienced Embedded Engineer to join a growing R&D team as they continue to develop leading industry products that are utilised around the UK and Europe. My client has had real success in recent months and are now looking to scale up their team due to customer demand.
The ideal candidate: You will be an experienced Embedded Engineer able to illustrate experience in a full cycle development role focused on developing embedded systems. You will ideally be degree qualified and be comfortable working in a small team environment. Your core skill set will be around embedded C/C++ programming, ARM processor development and you will be comfortable with a host of communication protocols including: Bluetooth, Mesh, TCP/IP, I2C, SPI etc). Whilst any experience with electronics design, IoT or experience developing software solutions for embedded control systems is desirable.
The Role: Joining a small team you will be expected to contribute throughout the full development life cycle from initial customer concept through to in house testing and manufacture. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to take on some project responsibility and be comfortable working alone or as part of a team when required. Some customer contact may be required from time to time so written and verbal communication is also key.
In return my client is offering a starting salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits, they also have plenty of onsite parking making them easily commutable by the likes of Reading, Slough, Aylesbury, Maidenhead and Oxford.
