Our client is a global Engineering company is seeking a talented electro-mechanical Engineer to join their Engineering Team to work on planned maintenance and reactive breakdown repair of Production equipment. This position will develop into a field service role. Office locations in Milton Keynes and Wembley
Duties also include;
* Assistance in installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Fault finding and root cause analysis
* The site operates on a 2-shift Monday to Friday basis. A requirement to work night shift (when required) will also form part of the role.
Skills
* Previous experience as an Electro-Mechanical engineer
* Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship / qualifications.
* Fault finding on electrical circuits (inc. single phase HV kit)
* Mechanical maintenance experience essential (motors, gears, encoders, bearings, clutches, etc.)
* Previous experience of PLCs and Controls advantageous
* Datcard products (Media importers & scanners) ,Canon VP140 and Bowe Systec (mail sort) or enveloper useful
