Are you an Electrician looking to expand your knowledge and experience by joining a fast growing business who provide electrical services to commercial buildings UK wide.  This role will be based predominately in central London, so I am looking for suitable candidates to live in or around Milton Keynes due to the transport links into London.  You will ideally come from a building management or facilities management background.  Offering an attractive salary of c£40K + paid travel (mileage or train season ticket) + very generous holiday allowance + expenses + pension scheme + many more excellent benefits

The Company:

Has over 30 years’ experience within the facilities energy service sector
Provides a fully outsourced energy management service

The Role:

Assist the engineering team in providing a full range of electrical surveying and contract administrations services
Attend customer sites to carry out the following:
Electrical testing using a 3 phase
Investigate and trace supplies which may not be metered
Read and fully test various metres

Assist with site surveys on new buildings, identifying meter locations, collating data plus creating metre reading templates for the on-site engineers
Calculate usage and accuracy of meters against physical loads against test equipment
Read and follow risk assessments to address any health and safety issues
 
The Suitable Candidate:

Qualified Electrician from a building management or facilities background
Qualified to Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation – Level 3 is desirable
17th or 18th edition
Worked within a customer facing role previously
Hands on individual who can work using your own initiative
Have a proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication
ECS card is desirable
