PRS are recruiting for a fabric handyperson based in Miton  Keynes working on a static basis covering all general low level fabric maintenance. The role will be assisting all engineers on site.  You will be working on a prestigous site.

ROLE: Fabric Engineer
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: £15 per hour

Description:

The role is looking after the low end maintenance of electrical plant and lighting to commercial and retail facilities, this will include:

– lighting and emergency lighting checks
– lamping
– project small works installation
– handyperson duties and fabric maintenance
– building services upkeep
– assisting and working with qualified engineers
– possible mechanical overlap such as AC filter changes etc.

Requirements:

Must have fabric maintenance / handyperson skills
maintenance experience and willingness to complete general handyperson tasks
pro-active attitude
driving license and own vehicle essential due to on-call nature
Basic electrical qualifications
