My client is a specialist engineering firm based in the Home Counties, they specialise in special purpose machinery for various industries, including Food, healthcare medical and automotive FMCG and Pharma. This well established company has had a dramatic increase in production the last quarter to successful large tenders, and they are now looking for an experienced Electrical Fitter / Panel Wirer to support their growth. THE ROLE OF ELECTRICAL FITTER

Wiring Sub Assemblies

Wiring Racks

Machine Wiring

Some mechanical assembly

Preparation of wires

LV – HV works

Termination of wires 

Installation of cables

Testing

THE RIGHT ELECTRICAL FITTER/ PANEL WIRER

Ability to read schematic diagrams

HSE conscious

IPAF an advantageous

17th/ 18th Edition advantageous

Experience of LV wiring 

HV experience

Wiring fine coaxial cables

Have own tools
