Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer who's tired of shifts and weekend work? Or are you a Service Engineer and you don't want to travel any more? As our Electrical Engineer you will be based in Milton Keynes, working 9-5 Monday to Friday. We're an established manufacturer of process and packaging machinery and we need you to help strengthen our internal team.
 
SALARY: up to £40,000

JOB SPECIFICATION: Electrical Engineer, Electrical Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Service Engineer – food process and packaging machinery
 
This is a workshop based Electrical Engineer role and you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Working at our Milton Keynes site, you will be preparing & testing electro-mechanical machinery / capital equipment for installation and commissioning at our client sites across the UK.
 
This high specification equipment will be customised to  the specific requirements of our clients from within the food processing / food packaging industry.
 
As an experienced Electrical Engineer you will take on duties including:
· Building control panels / control panel wiring
· Electrical assembly
· Modifying machinery
· Pre-delivery checking and testing / Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI)
 
REQUIREMENTS: Electrical Engineer, Electrical Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, Workshop Engineer, Service Engineer – food process and packaging machinery
 
To be considered for this Electrical Engineer role you MUST:
 
· Have a proven track record as a qualified Electrical Engineer and you would have worked on industrial manufacturing equipment / capital equipment / industrial machinery
· Be a qualified Electrical Engineer with a full technical apprenticeship
