Electrical Bias Facilities Engineer
4on 4 off days and nights
Pro rata salary
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities technician with Electrical bias to join an established service provider this is a great opportunity for some who perhaps has been a caretaker of a hotel or office building. We require electrical qualifications preferably City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations 7671:2018 .City & Guild Level, 1 & 2 Award in Electrical Installations Diploma 2365 and plumbing skills/qualifications.
You will be responsible for:
* Operation of the site Facilities
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance
* Planning facilities works safely and with minimum disruption to production whilst ensuring compliance to regulations and quality systems
* Manage the Performance & Reliability of Utilities
* Manage Facilities Equipment uptime and measure and develop KPIs to reflect performance.
The candidate:
* Knowledge of Relevant Equipment Legislation
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational ability
* Knowledge of Various Air Compression Equipment & Functionality
