They require a self-employed heating engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for a local council.

Contract details below:

Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) – pre-booked appointments via PDA
Location: Milton Keynes
Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: £20.00 per completed property (average 10 completed jobs per day)
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand

Requirements:

– Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
– ACS qualifications including cookers and fires
– Gas Safe Registration
– Van
– Calibrated flue gas analyser
– £2m Public Liability Insurance
