Owner of our local digital solutions used by the sales force to increase efficiency and sales
• Organize and run trainings for internal & external stakeholders all around local digital solutions
• First point of contact for our local digital solutions including tool & feature requests
• Continuous development of the existing reporting structure to generate insights and enable marketing & sales
• Report & analyze customer data to derive sales potentials, plan frequency of customer visits and increase efficiency
• Create, maintain and upload content to our B2B Portal, analyze the success and derive measures for optimization
• Identify, collect & align local requirements from internal & external stakeholders to access new digital sales channels and features
• Represent the country within global projects and support the local implementation of identified features as well as new digital solutions
