Special purpose machinery manufacturer with a strong focus on innovative designs are now seeks an enthusiastic and driven Control Systems Engineer to join their team developing bespoke projects.

An exciting place to work providing many technical challenges, the successful candidate will have responsibility for full project lifecycle which will involve a wide range of skills including electrical circuit design, variable speed and servo drives, PLC's (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley) and HMI's. There is a considerable amount of software content and you should be able to plan and implement complex programs covering a wide range of tasks.

You will have experience of special purpose machines working on full lifecycle projects from initial discussions with the customer through to final site commissioning and handover.

This role would suit candidates who seek a challenging and varied role with flexibility for a small amount of global travel. Full passport and driving licence required.

Located in the Home Counties this role is commutable from within and around the following areas: Bedford, Letchworth, Milton Keynes, St Neots and Cambridge
