Position: Contracts Supervisor (Boiler, Plumber and Heating Services)

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £45,000 – £55,0000 basic dependant on experience + package

Duration: Perm Position

The company

My client are a well established company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services (Air Conditioning, BMS, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating). They have over 30 years experience within the Industry and an excellent reputation.

This positon is a role which will be splits between approx. 70% in the office and 30% attending sites within a 50/60 mile radius of Buckinghamshire.

Requirements

* Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years experience working with Commercial & Domestic Gas Boiler Heating Systems and Plumbing/Heating Installations including fault finding

* Commercial Boiler and Domestic Boiler Qualified or Previous experience that may have expired

* Plumbing Knowledge and experience

* Experience Surveying and Quoting heat8ing and plumbing works

* Experience working in a similar role and meeting client expectations and KPI’s

* Microsoft Word and Excel conversant

* Experienced with Risk Assessment Techniques and methods to ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and issued as required

* Possession of a Full Driving License

* Generous salary of £45,000 – £55,000 ( Dependant on experience)
