A Contracts Manager role for a well established British end of line packaging machinery & conveyor systems supplying the bottling & beverage industries. You role will encompass Project & Contract management as well as application engineering dealing direct with clients from home and on site. You MUST be a qualified electrical/electronic engineer and be prepared to cover the whole UK.

BASIC SALARY: up to £65,000

LOCATION: Covering the UK spending 1 day every 2 weeks in the office, 2 days a week on average on client sites with the balance of your time working from home

JOB DESCRIPTION: Contracts Manager – end of line machinery / bottling conveyor systems

You will be responsible for Projects & Contracts management from order to installation as well as offering applications engineering support including putting together proposals & quotes.
In time you will be asked to manage a team of field automation engineers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Contracts Manager – end of line machinery / bottling conveyor systems

· You MUST have a proven track record as a Contracts &/or Project Manager &/or as an Applications Engineer
· You MUST have specific experience of bottling systems supplied to the beverage industry
· You MUST be a qualified Electrical / Electronic Engineer ideally to HNC level and be familiar with PLC`s
· You will be comfortable working for a SME family owned business
