Test Technician

CONTRACT

6 month rolling contract – immediate start required

Opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer with an innovative product within their smart manufacturing environment.

They currently have an opportunity for a Test Technician to work as part of a friendly team environment for an initial contract period.

As Test Technician you will be responsible for:

Assembling, testing and fault-finding electro-mechanical and other precision mechanisms

Working with wide range of test equipment including oscilloscopes, Multimeters etc.

Aid with the development of new test procedures to ensure product development

Test to a high standard, working from the company Quality Standards Manual

The ideal candidate will be a motivated Test Technician / Test Engineer, ideally HNC+ qualified with previous experience of product testing in a manufacturing / engineering environment

Fault finding using a range of hand tools and equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes and data loggers

Ability to interpret engineering drawings (including schematics)
