Our client based in Haddenham is seeking a nine month maternity cover to start 15th Jan 2021 as a Service and Spares Coordinator for their distribution and manufacturing company. You will be an efficient link between external service, technical and sales departments and coordinate the day to day business needs of these departments. As Service and Sales Coordinator your role will provide support to clients throughout the process of purchase, distribution and after sales of their machinery. You will be a main point of contact for clients and field engineers and provide logistical support to both. You must have excellent organisational skills and be methodical in your work. You will also be a strong communicator with good technical knowledge or the ability to pick up technical terminology quickly. You will need to have accurate administrative ability and be able to act on your own initiative. Ideally you will have a technical, distribution, scheduling or logistics background with a strong work ethic and a calm and friendly approach. Salary for this role will be 22K – 23.5K pro rata. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) and Friday 8.30am to 5pm (45 minutes lunch). This is an initial 9 month maternity cover contract. but could become permanent.
