Contract Production Supervisor
Production Team Leader
Rolling Contact – circa 6 months

We are looking to appoint a talented Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader to work as part of a successful manufacturing team.

As Production Supervisor / Team Leader you will be based at the client's established and busy manufacturing facility. (Their customer base is secure and as such they have a stable order book and are continuing to stay busy)

They are looking for you to manage a team of approximately 15 staff across the shop floor within production.

You will be given the opportunity to make a real impact within your team, implementing and drive forward changes to reduce waste, increase efficiencies and improving product flow.

You will be responsible for motivating and communicating daily, weekly and monthly production targets to your team to ensure required productivity levels and quality standards are met.
Ensure all departments KPI's are met
Implement your ideas to improve efficiency and output

To succeed you will have be a motivated individual with previous experience leading a small team within an electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly manufacturing / engineering environment.

Any experience of continuous improvement / lean manufacturing ideally sought but not essential.
